I scheduled a housecleaning appointment with the owner of this business, arranging a specific time, date, and rate. On the day of the appointment I got a call from someone else, attempting to schedule the cleaning at a different time. When I checked with the owner, she claimed to not provide house-cleaning services but elder-care -- not at all what she had purported during our first conversation. Clearly she is a "bait and switch" artist, trying to make a buck when she can by promising various services which she may or may not deliver. This is a seedy individual not to be trusted. I urge others not to be taken in by her apparent friendliness on first meeting.

They saved us!!! We used PC&H for post-construction clean up. We hired a cleaning team but did not show up!!! Kacper at Polish Caregivers picked up the phone took our info and ten minutes later I scheduled an appointment for initial consultation. Next day crew showed up at 7 a.m. and they just amazed us. At first I thought that we are paying steep $$$, no it was worth every dime. We were so impressed that we hired them for weekly house cleaning.

Polish Caregivers and Homemakers is a great company we did a walk through together and created a plan of how I wanted things taken care of. They were considerate of us, our home, and our cats. I had been looking for a reliable cleaner for over a year. The trouble I had was getting a service to come at the same time every week. Polish Caregivers and Homemakers found me reliable, friendly housekeeper, they bring their own supplies, vacuum and towels. They even take their shoes off at the door (or wear special booties!). I love my spotless house!!!

Would not recommend this agency to care for a loved one. We were in need of a caregiver for my disabled mother who requires 24/7 care. They were only able to find 1 person to work 5 days, Mon-Fri. and they would work to send someone for the weekends. It became a challenge to find people for the weekend or one person to work all week. One week we called to check to make sure someone was coming for the weekend. We called Friday morning and left several messages. The agency never returned our call. This left us stranded for the weekend and rearranging our schedule so we could make sure a family member was there for my mom. In addition, it doesn't appear they screen the candidates very well. Many times, we were still found ourselves running to my mother's to make sure the caregiver to provide assistance.
