Established in 1972, Berkeley Springs Rehabilitation and Nursing is a licensed nursing and health care facility. Located in Berkeley Springs, W.Va., the company offers an array of services, such as medication administration by a licensed nurse, care/meals/grooming/bathing/dressing, blood glucose monitoring, periodic weight/pulse oximeter check, to name a few.
