Stay away. If I could give 0 stars I would. They are unprofessional, rude, and incompetent. I moved out 5 months ago and am still trying to get our security deposit back. We can't cash a check made out to 3 people when we are not all still in the area and the sent it to us 2 months after we moved out which is beyond the legal timeframe. Now they want to charge us $35 to put a stop payment and every time we call there is a new requirement to have them issue 3 separate checks or one check to one person. My roommates and I have all sent emails authorizing and 5 months later we still don't have our deposit. Check them out online - they are involved in shady stuff, they don't maintain their properties and they are every bit as bad as the worst reviews you will read about them.

I moved into there property thinking sure cheaper while thinking who cares if they are sloppy and that everyone is hating them including the person I replaced but now I realize it wasn't worth it. I have been without heat for over a few weeks and after 6+ maintenance requests they have not fixed the heat and I just submitted my request to vacate their apartment. This is only one of the major complaints I have, they are sloppy with every other maintenance requests, rude staff, and in my opinion not worth it even if you are cheapin out.
