In a 5 day period, we either got no mail delivery, had our packages out for delivery and mysteriously returned to the post office "available for pickup" (we both were home both days 12/27 and 12/31). In a 2 week period, every Tuesday our whole area got no mail delivery. When an Amazon Prime package leaves the post office at 7:57 a.m. and is returned to the post office at 4;02 pjm , something is wrong. The excuses we get are they can't be out after 7 p.m. (which is understandable), we don't have enough people (which is also understandable as Bentonville has only 4 routes... a 95 mile route, 2 65 mile routes and 1 45 mile route for a city of over 40,000 people). Obviously the problems are out of the realm of fixing on the local level...so Postmaster call Little Rock, tell them the problems and ask for some temporary physical help and help expediting the size of the routes. As it stands now I drive to Centerton and use their post office for all important mail and packages to be sent. I might remind the readers of this review that taking out a package out for delivery, quitting at 4pm and returning the package to the post office (while putting it on the p.o. website as delivered is a federal offense of willfully misdirecting the mail).
