always helpful and knowledgeable every thing is well stocked and organized

Had a problem with a Husqvarna chain saw. I went to 3 places of which the last was Family Farm in Benton Harbor because they sell that line of chain saw and I was told they could help me. I had what turns out a SIMPLE fix on the cover but I was told I needed a "special tool" which they didnt sell and "we don't service them". I was told I'd HAVE to "send in" for repair (I brought the cover with me and he looked at it). I expect a store to KNOW their product and I expect correct advice if that's all they could offer. I received neither and wasted my time and effort with a rep from the store giving me a load of you know what. Wont be shopping or visiting that store ever again. They get one star from me because they did sell that brand of chainsaw. The fix was SOOO easy, I didn't need a special tool and I didn't need to send it in. If the rep would have been honest and said he really didn't know, it wouldn't have bothered me as much as him offering bogus advice he knew nothing about.

Would be nice if it was the right number

It would be nice to have store hours listed here and the proper phone number

This store has everything and more. The sales staff was especially friendly and helpful in helping me find exactly what I was looking for. I won't hesitate to shop here again, and will gladly recommend it to others.

I like the country atmosphere and reasonable prices.
