Beautiful Park located close to shopping, wineries, and restaurants.

We travel for our jobs, and were working in the Tri-Cities area for 6 months. We looked at several RV parks in the area before deciding on The Beach in Benton City. It was a little further out of town (6 miles) than the newer park down the road, but that park was all concrete/asphalt with little grass spaces and no trees. Our site at The Beach was shady, there were lots of trees in the park, our 31' motorhome had lots of room, and our little "yard" was big enough for our dog to enjoy the sun on. The managers and assistant managers were really nice, and the rent was reasonable. The showers/bathroom were very clean and well kept, and the laundry room was adequate and inexpensive. The boat ramp for the Yakima River is just across the road, perfect for fisherman or for floating tubes down the river in the summer (as we did). They were pet friendly too and we never had a problem with other people's dogs. We would recommend this RV park to anyone wanting to be near the Tri-Cities area - it's worth the small drive.

We spend months at a time in RV Parks was dissappointed in our space. Very small. To close to the next spot. They only have about 100' along the river. Just a small deck. Promised WIFI. Could never get on the internet. It was clean and the managers were nice, just felt like the park should be more as it is described. Would not recommend this place for a lengthy stay. They put you in a back corner where you have no grass, no shade, and your neighbor is only 10' away.

We stayed at Beach RV Park last summer and found it to be a great place to stay. The bathroom facilities are clean, which is important, and they have new washers and dryers in their laundromat. The park managers were friendly and helpful, assisting us to find our site and park our rig. We spent several days visiting attractions in the area. The park has free Wi-Fi internet, which was very handy. There are two sections of the park, one across the road from the other. The newer area has long paved pull-through sites, while the older area is closer to the riverfront and the sites are smaller back-ins.
