Highly recommend going to Factory Plaza! Service, installation and choices of granite were all great. I was able to get the countertops I wanted at a reasonable price that Lowes and Home Depot couldn't touch. I would definitely use them again!

Great selection of materials, you need to see it yourself !!! And they did an excellent job installing a new kitchen counter top. The installers had such great skill and attention to detail. I would recommend Factory Plaza to anyone without hesitation.

We had a lovely service from start to finish with factory plaza. We did not know much about granite countertops but we're helped out picking countertops to match our cabinets. When we set a date and time for the installation, we did not expect the installers to be on time. They were on time, clean, professional, friendly and we're able to answer any questions we had about the maintenance of our new countertops. Completely satisfied with this merchant! My story goes back to 4 months ago when I started shopping for granite countertops for my kitchen. Home Depot, Menards, Hobo, Lowes, and other big box stores gave me the quote that almost made me faint. I have a big kitchen - over 100 sq, so I had to find a company that would give the same value for much less. I started shopping around and visited many granite business. Some of them small (not much bigger than a garage) some large, but I still did not like their quotes. I knew that I can find something better. Boy did I find a gem! Factory Plaza from Bensenville gave me much better price and the price was on exotic color granite that I couldn t even dream of having for my kitchen. Their quote covered every single thing, no surprises, no sales pitch. They let me wonder around their warehouse and make decision by myself. When I was ready I just went to the office and a nice lady did a design for me. And I really appreciate her insight and a good advice re sink choice. I got my stainless steel sink for free, measurement in two days and installation in 8 days. Everything was smoothly done, on time. The crew sealed the granite, cleaned everything. Bad, bad, bad customer service, Went with my wife and kid to their showroom to buy a vanity top. Two ladies working there. After a brief talk to one of them and going in the warehouse to pick the color, we found them talking by their computers, totaly ignoring us. I signal the lady that we are ready to discuss. Nothing. Finaly after 15 min. of waiting got pissed and left. I won't go back or recomend this place.

I spent a lot of time researching places to buy my countertop, do yourself a favor and go see these guys at Factory Plaza. Not only did they have a huge selection their price was hundreds below ANY of the other four places I checked out. The work they did was perfect, the guys showed up when they said they would, it took the amount of time they said it would and they cleaned up when they left. They have a great busines over there. If price is a concern, this is the place for you. Even after paying a trip fee for being nearly two hours away, I still saved $1400.00 compared to one local quote and Lowes. The initial process had a few bumps; however, the company did what was necessary to take care of the customer. That demonstrates the strength of a good company and true customer service. The installers were great and very professional while making sure the floor was covered and cared for during the install. Hats off, they even did a great job in cleaning up.
