I have used them for several years ,never had good communication, I would ask for a price for a certain service and not get a call back then they would just show up and start doing the work figuring that i would pay whatever they wanted to charge, lawn cutting was good but they would just increase the price without prior agreement from me, when I told them to stop they sent billing for cuts they never made.

We had X-cel do some minor hardscaping and a deck. The guys that showed up were respectful and they did a very nice job. i had some minor issues when they were complete so I called the owner who came out and fixed them. The best part was that it was cheaper than anyone else (i had 2 other estimates). X-cel actaully came in under their own estimate and i ended up saving even more. The way it was presented and the final result..tell me that X-cel is honest and trustworthy and they did a fine job. This was done last spring and I "sealed" the deck myself with my buddy and he made note of how solid the deck feels and how nice the craftmanship is...I love it. I plan on having them out in the early sping again to do some minor work on my shed...I'll post again then

We had numerous problems with this company. We requested biweekly mowing and they billed us for weekly mowing instead. I spoke with the owner numerous time and yet we were still overcharged on billing statements. We ended up canceling our service with X-Cel, yet, the following spring they mowed the lawn again despite our instructions not to return. The owner continued to bill us for service we did not request and for service that was not complete. The owner is out of touch with his crew and does not abide by customer instructions. The owner does not correct billing mistakes and is non-responsive to customer complaints. We hope this will help others avoid the same hassle we have experienced
