Very unreliable to say the least. I had scheduled a ride for the next day earlier in the day. Well right at 4pm they leave a voicemail saying they could not honor my ride appointment and cancelled on me. Of course I tried calling back but they do not answer calls after 4pm. So I was screwed and have no way to get to my destination in the morning. Their lack of customer service and caring for the community sure shows the integrity of this company (or lack of)
