In their WinBack role with Verizon, they make great promises.They do not follow through, however, when the inevitable problems with Verizon occur. I have been trying to get them to do something for me for almost 2 months; the most they have done is sit with me waiting for Verizon customer service to pick up and to make commitments that are never kept. Americom, so far, has done nothing to make Verizon to honor the contract ("we put the order in correctly" is their response). So, WinBack for me is 'drive further away.' I am trying to get out of my relationship with both them and Verizon.
