If I could give them -5 stars I would. This is the worst bunch of incompetent, neglectful, rude bunch of people you will ever have bad luck to encounter. I'm a condo owner and they treat us as if we work for them, not the opposite. You can never get in touch with anyone, voicemails or emails almost 100% go unanswered. Nothing is ever fixed, they lie and dodge responsibility . They were appointed by the developer not to manage the development but to cover for their subpar work in building the develooment. Nothing is ever their responsibility . For the most part they get away with it because most of the condo owners are elderly people. It's an actual elder abuse. If you call them on any Jewish holiday they are all on vacation. It's like living in an alternate reality of Orwellian 1984 ghetto . We can all only pray there is no emergency of any kind in the development because maintenance department is nonexistent. The worst one of them all is Stephanie Raab. Incompetent, rude, vindictive woman with absolutely zero knowledge about anything remotely resembling management or public relations. Disgusting.

communication is terrible, no attempt is made to make sure that the recipient is reached. The tone of communication is unprofessional. The upkeep of the condo complex is terrible, for example dead trees that threaten to fall on the condo are not removed. Normal services provided to all Syosset residents, such as recycling are not provided at the complex.

Worst mgmt company ever! Can't understand how they are in business? They manage our community of townhomes and we can never get them on the phone. They never return emails or calls. Nothing ever gets resolved. They are only quick at cashing their checks!!!

this company doesn't pay their employees on time, or in a timely fashion. if you need money and live paycheck to paycheck, as many young people do nowadays, don't expect your paycheck to be on time, or even a day late. most likely you will recieve your paycheck on monday, instead of friday. this poses a great problem to employees. so be forewarned, if you work for tcm, you'll be broke, and they will be of NO HELP!

TCM TREATS THEIR EMPLOYEES WITH NO RESPECT! Employees agree to work for money. If they don't receive their money, they shouldn't have to work. DEAR EMPLOYEES OF TCM: LET'S GO ON STRIKE!!!!!!!!!!



in all fairness i must add that working for tcm is very easy etc.

just dont work for them if you need money. or expect to make any.
