P C Richards has the worst system when it comes to servicing a product (in this case an air conditioner).



They said they would send an authorized air conditioner rep to my home to check out some issues with my recent purchase of an air conditioner. They gave me the next day and said the dealer would call when they would be coming. I waited all morning and when I tried to call them. The number was not a working number. I called the main number they said they'd get back to me.



All in all I spent several hours on the phone with the purchase store and their main office in each time getting wrong numbers on trying to reach their corporate offices.



When I finally did reach their corporate officer and supposedly able to talk to an officer of the company, a gentleman gets on the phone and says he's a corporate officer, but a manager/supervisor is his title.



To make this agony shortened, he tells me I can't go any further then him with my problem. In reality he's just a supervisor. Since when do supervisors become officers of a company?



To conclude. P C Richards does not know the outside suppliers, authorized dealers. And their employers are not told corporate phone numbers (help line) are not used anymore.



Terrible servicing to purchasers.
