I hope you will take the time to read this. I was a customer of Northwest Computer. They are a Bellingham based technology store that claims to have superior service above the rest. Personally, I bought a new PC from them and all it has had was problems from week one, not to mention other folks I know that are having the same problems...hardware gone bad, software issues, and the staff is rude, unprofessional in addition, I was mislead during the sale, they said they guaranteed me personal attention and great service along with a one year standard warranty if I bought this worthless machine. Their warranty service is a crock! They say that they warranty your PC if it has issues, but what they don't say is that the warranty only covers Installation Of Hardware, nothing else, nada, zip. It took them a month to get me my PC back, and when I called to find out what was going on with the repairs after it had been a week, they kept telling me tomorrow or next week, and every person I spoke with told me something different...I have heard nothing but negative comments from the locals in this city about Northwest Computer (wish I would have heard this stuff before I spent almost 2000.00 with them). More in regards to the staff and customer service...I will use an analogy...It is like that "best friend" you had in high school that stabs you in the back. Yeah they're a lot like this....Be careful fellow consumers, you are walking into empty pockets. The repairs are over priced, the retail floor is a joke, and my PC is still having problems...I'm going to CompuCare, maybe even Best Buy (at least they have great service) from now on...Thanks for listening...Hope you turn the other cheek when you come across them in the phone book.
