DO NOT recommend this company!!! Poor customer service by the heavy set older male! He really doesn't know how to interact with customers! I am sorry for the lady that was helping me that she has to work with that old grumpy guy. The bad thing is the leaf blower is still not working so I have to deal with this establishment again!

took the old air filter,gal at desk obviously on personal call,did not ask meanything, just took filter to guy in back, who asked if it was a poulan,said yes, said did not have, asked who might, shrugged off, gal handed back filter, asked price on sparkplug, price given over double,said no thanks, left.labor rate posted $80/hr.i won't be trading here in the future

I was screamed at and berated by the owner's daughter today. I had inadvertently parked in a space, during the Hardware Sales event, that impeded/blocked their warehouse. I apologized to the visibly irate woman, but she kept screaming at me, at the top her lungs, in front of my children. Unprofessional does not begin to describe this lady and the business she represents. I apologized and she just would not stop screaming.

We do not recomend this company. The staff is not helpful. They are listed as a service shop for Husqvarna but when we needed to have our mower serviced under warranty they refused to provide the service with out a fee because we had not purchased the mower from them. We were concerned about this company due to other online reviews but gave them a try anyway and have been very disappointed.
