Never got around to food or drinks. Waited 15 minutes at the table where we were seated in a nearly empty restaurant... NO service. Nobody even approached the table. I guess NO TIPPING = NO SERVICE. We left because nobody came to take our order. Waste of real estate.

Our experience was horrible service was the worst our server would not come to check on us we could not even get refills for our drinks wanted to get to go tea and was told no can not do that. Food was not the best and what they did bring was only half of the order. Just a bad experience WILL NEVER go back..

Went to Joes Crab shack in hopes to get a decent bit of crab seeing as how the menu shows pics of buckets and steampots full of crab.well those pots aren't that full and the prices are outrageous for the product I paid extra for another cluster of snow crab and they came out with the smallest cluster of crab I've ever seen.I can get better snow crab with a better Price from Kroger!Will never eat there again and either the chef sucks or the food sucks or maybe both.DONT EAT AT JOES!

Server red headed girl) took $50 to seat a couple who walked right in yo sit down. There were several people waiting for over and hour. Hope the $50 was worth it. No class!

Food was nasty and cold.

Are service was poor, refills were hard to get because are server would disappear. Some of the orders were wrong and never got corrected. Are daughter's order didn't come out till everyone was almost done eat. And for the food, it wasn't very flavorful. So I doubt we will be back anytime time soon.

I was really disappointed in every way , food was not very good and was way over priced. Not only that but had to wait then was sat at a table that was filthy including silver wear. Way too many places to have dinner to spend your money here , so I would say go somewhere else.
