I wanted to write to say how pleased I was with Archway Cooling and Heating. From the first moment they went out of their way to make sure they knew what I wanted but to also make sure I knew what I actually needed. Karen provided me lots of options, talked installation and financing and answered a slew of questions without making me feel pressured in any way. The installers were polite and professional and did an excellent job. The install is clean and tight and vastly more professional looking than the system it replaced. They cleaned up everything - not a scrap of anything was left behind. And before they left they made sure I knew what I needed to do, what I could do, and, more importantly, what I should NOT do. Archway wasn't the cheapest quote I got but I am convinced I got considerably more than my money's worth. I'd absolutely recommend them and if the need arises again they'll be the first people I'll call.

This company is horrible. They installed a new furnace at my house and didn't bother to cleaned up after removing the old one. When they turned on the new $2500. high efficiency furnace it blew rust and dirt out every vent in the house. I have spent over two days cleaning. I complained and they said I needed to get my ducts cleaned! Luckily for me, their company does that for a fee! No way!
