I have gotten good service at Ritz Eyecare in the past but my last visit was a disaster. First, I showed up and for my appointment and the place was closed. I and another lady waited 10 minutes until the staff rolled in, 5 minutes after my appointment time! Then they plopped down behind the desk and sat around for another 10 minutes until I finally rescheduled my appointment. When I did get to see the doctor, I couldn't see with the prescription he gave me. At the time he told me I was old, I would just have to live with not being able to see well. I called and requested the prescription be adjusted and the second prescription was not any better. At last, I gave up and asked to have my old prescription refilled and it was such a relief! It was so much better than the new ones. I then got an additional bill two months later. I called and asked to speak to the owner and was given an email I was assured was his. I sent him everything in this review. He never bothered to reply.
