Never, I say again NEVER use this company!. I had a unit installed 5 months ago and to this day, it has not been working properly. The installation was not done up to code nor the D's and J's followed. Their excuse was " That employee is no longer with us" What they should have said is, " We will make it right". I spoke with the #2 in charge and he said he would take care of the problems, after it didn"t happen. He said they have done all they can. LOL. They even had a employee drive 50 miles to drop off a $10 air filter and try and charge me $80 for the trip fee!!!! I told them that was the dumbest thing I have ever seen anyone do. The latest fiasco was a part on recall that took 3 weeks to get, they scheduled an appt to come fix it and my wife took off work to be there like I have done on multiple occasions and no one would even show up! Well she never saw anyone or got a call from anyone, I called and they said he has already com and did the work and left. He must be a ninja??? Didnt anounce himself, or have us sign anything once he allegedly finished. CRAZY!! I could right an entire book on the company, but I dont want to waste anymore time on them! I truly hope that all readers take this review to hart because the same will happen to you.. Thank you to the office staff( Joanna and Jamie ) of this company because they were a pleasure to speak will on the 50 phones i had to make. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Im just disgusted that I have to give them 1 star.

We have lived in The Village for 6 years, during hat time we have needed an electrician three times, each time we have called R & A Industries. They have given us quick, excellent service at a reasonable price.
