Repair of LG Refrigerator

We are so happy we called Show Time TV & Appliance Service to repair our LG Refrigerator. I contacted them at 11:30 AM about our 5 Yr. old Refrigerator not working and in 30 minutes they were there knocking at our front door. Mario was very professional and diagnose the problem within a few minutes. One hour later it was fixed. He saved us hundreds of dollars from spoiled food. We recommend this company with high praise. Professional, honest, and very knowledgeable.

Untrained and clueless

showtime TV service is just that TV's, maybe. Under any circumstance DO NOT allow them to attempt repair on your appliances. They seem lost and completely untrained on the newest technology and then Give false statements to the manufacturer. Let your neighbor try to fix it, it could be no worse.

Worst Service Ever

We have an insurance policy with Direct TV and they sent Showtime out to fix out TV after many weeks of trying to set up a time to come out they finally made it out. The tech would call out of the blue and say I can be there in 20 minutes all times we were not home and once I said we cant be there he would hang up. Once he did come out he broke the TV even more and just said it was not his fault or his problem. We had been watching the TV before he came it was only our HDMI cable hook up had gone bad when he was done he had no picture at all. He again told me not his problem not his fault. I asked what he had done to it and said it was technical I would not understand. Umm try me. He packed up and said they were sent a bad part and would order another one and it would be 5 days. I asked if it could be over nighted he said no we don't do that. So as he left my tv sat face down on my coffee table. He was not prepared did not even have an extension cord and asked to borrow one. Very unprofessional and did not care that he had broken our TV even more.
