      Located in Bellefonte, Pa., Centre Crest is one of the offices operated by the city government. It is a nursing home that has been providing short- and long-term nursing care for more than 65 years. The center has more than 240 beds and conducts a range of therapeutic recreational programs. Centre Crest provides a variety of on-site rehabilitation services, including physical, occupational and speech therapies. The center s rehabilitation suite is equipped with whirlpool facilities, modern exercise equipment, and simulated kitchens, bedrooms and laundry rooms. It has an Alzheimer s disease care unit providing dementia care since 1996. Centre Crest offers residents with several project activities. The center has a pharmacy to meet the medication needs of people. It also provides a range of other services, such as X-rays, hospice care, meals, transportation and nursing supervision.
