Aside from the kennel being connected to the owners home, the staff is amazing, very caring and nice to the humans too! We have been boarding with B&B for years. There is nowhere else for my pets to stay. They actually get excited when we pull in the driveway

I've boarded both my dog and cat at the Bed and Biscuit and I love it. The owner and staff are great and my pets actually enjoy being there!

My dog was left untreated and I was not called when my dog developed a severe allergy. It was so largely inflamed and infected it looked like a giant growth on her chin. I have since spent several hundreds of dollars and had to go to a specialist, my vet and the pharmacy to help heal the infection. Never did they offer an explanation, apology or compensation. I will never bring her back. I would put "0" stars if this allowed it.
