I leave one star because zero stars is not an option. Went in with foot pain, along with a friend who had bronchitis, after he examined and touched my feet he went on to examin my friend WITHOUT washing his hands. (We were in the same room) I am speaking about Dr, Quintanilla. He then ran tests, after charging us before every exam. Told me I might have a condition, but I might not, the test had come out negative. Then he went on to write that condition on my report which then became a pre existing condition on my health insurance. I called four times to get the report fixed. No one ever responded. He pushed drugs, yes, if you need hydrocodone, this is the place to go. He not only offered it to me, but to my friend, and insisted on getting the script filled for my friend. I could not walk, but I have never heard of hydrocodone given for bronchitis. He also wanted to run thousands of dollars of exams on my friend.....this place is a scam. The people here do not care about their patients, they just want your money. Ooh, and they don't accept insurance, you have to pay upfront, the secretary gave some balony story of not being able to reach the toll free 24 hour number listed on my insurence card, not even from her cell phone. A DOCTOR NOT WASHING HIS HANDS IS INEXUSABLE, RUNNING $$$ EXAMS JUST BECAUSE HE CAN, WONT ACCEPT INSURANCE, WRITING HIS UNFOUNDED OPINION ON A MEDECAL REPORT, PUSHING DRUGS, now I am only able to leave a review but I am pursuing a formal complaint. Do not go to this urgent care center. Another thing, We were there for seven hours......hospital just might have been faster.

Dr. Quintanilla and the nurse Kerri were very sweet and patient to my two year old toddler. Kerri went out of her way to make my baby comfortable while she took vital signs...Very clean place and the staff (doc and nurse) were very helpful and made sure our questions and concerns were met when we were at the ER last night. 5 stars and absolutely recommend this to everyone. They will take care of your family,thanks Dr. Quintanilla and Kerri!!

It's not worth it. Sure it is all good when you're there, but then the bill comes in the mail. $7000.00 for a stomachache...really??

Biled my insurance for duplicate labs too by being sneaky and manipulated the coding. Unprofessional and Unethical!!!

I came in with my hand bleeding from a deep cut, and they refused to see me. I gave them my insurance card, and ID. I would not write my SS number on their paperwork, and for this they refused me. BEWARE...

I highly recommend the Bellaire ER. Dr. Q. David, and Sherry were professional, personable, kind, concerned, caring, and thorough. I was seen promptly and given immediate medical attention for and excellent information about my illness. If it were possible to have Dr. Q as my primary care physician, I would do it in a heartbeat. The facilities are clean and well-furnished.

The future is here! I will never go to a traditional clinic/hospital again. The staff was very professional, and Dr. Quintanilla was the best! I highly recommend Bellaire ER to anyone who is tired of being treated like a number.

Beautiful, clean, new emergency room. All medical staff was wonderful and we were seen immediately upon arrival. My husband currently do not have insurance, yet we were treated as if we had the best insurance available( got a great self pay rate that was affordable!). We actually drove past two hospitals to get to Bellaire ER because of the wait time difference(I called ahead). It was still faster than going to the ER three blocks from my house at St.Luke's Hospital Medical Center. And we did not have to pay for parking! Easy to find location, best service in Houston.I would highly recommend this facility to anyone.

Excellent concept and execution... 9:45 on a Wed night I walk into Memorial Hermann Southwest hospital emergency room with deeply cut finger. The ER waiting room is full, one empty seat. I fill out the triage form and sit down. Frustrated people are all around; many of them obviously sick, coughing, ... After 15 minutes of this I'm searching google for other options and see the Bellaire ER ; looks too good. Right then the Triage tech calls me in, looks me over, tells me it's a 4 hours or more wait. The next thing is a call to Bellaire ER; they say they can see me immediately. After a quick drive over I walk into a beautiful friendly facility. They see me immediately. Vital signs are taken, the wound is cleaned and the doc stitches. Half an hour later I walked out completely satisfied; actually surprised at the excellent experience. Did I mention the free snacks and drinks one could partake in IF you had to wait :) Next time in case of emergency - Bellaire ER is my solution!
