This rating is based solely on the receptionist who was being extremely rude and disrespectful. I called to simply ask what the address of the location was. The first time I called the receptionist hung up on me without letting me ask my question. The second time I called she let me ask my question and she answered it in an extremely rude and unprofessional manner. She then proceeded to end the phone call by yelling "STOP CALLING." I called the location only twice and the only reason I had to call a second time was because she hung up the phone the first time. Ma'am your customer service skills are horrible. If you are going to be answering phones your personality will have to change for the better drastically. There is no need to take out your frustration on anyone who has contacted the office for simple information. If the job is not cut out for you I suggest you do some serious thinking as to what your true calling is. Have a blessed day.

Over the course of almost 2 years in which BB&Y handled he settlement of my family's estate (and had told me not to worry about fees because they had been old friends of my mother), I consistently felt as though I was an afterthought, something they 'got around to' at the end of the week.
