Incompetent - call and harass them every day if you want any hope of getting what you orderI attempted to order a wheelchair from these folks and they said they put the order through. They got confused about my insurance, so I had a long conversation during which I thought the issue had been cleared up. When I called a week later (they said the wheelchair would take a week to arrive) they had not put the order through. These people are incompetent. Don't trust them to your healthcare needs.
