Rushed through eye exam. Lenses initially made incorrectly by lab, then replaced and the resulting vision was still "blurry". I told them I wasn't corrected to 20/20. She told me that it was about 20/30 and legal to drive, so they don't need to do anything else.
I said I spent hundreds of dollars on the exam and hundreds more on lenses and frames. She laughed at me and said it is over 40 eyes. I was 40 at the time. Substandard care. See Latham instead.
