Dr. Patel is awesome! He has done two, technically three, different back surgery's on my Mom and he did a great job! Both times she was up walkin the same day or the following day after surgery. He really is a great Doctor. I would recommend his any time! My Mom swears by his too! LOL! Give him a try, you won't be sorry. By the way, he isn't on Oakwood any longer. He is still in Beckley but, I'm not sure of the new address.
