I went to Davids Bridal in Beaverton to get an idea of what kind of wedding dress I wanted. They had a good selection and the women who helped me was wonderful. I ended up finding my wedding dress and purchasing it upon my first visit. I LOVE my dress and the price was right.

When I told friend and family where I bought my dress a couple people advised me not to do the alterations at Davids and THEY WERE RIGHT!!! Against the advise I received I had my dress altered at DB. I went to pick it up and they had made it way too short, did not repair several hooks, they cut my ribbon for my corset so short there was barely enough left to tie it, and said they steemed it but did not. When I asked the women who worked in alteration about my issues she just said "That is how the dress is supposed to be." She never offered to help fix it and was very rude. She basically just walked off. I ended up having to spend more money to have it altered again at another business.

I
