My integrative roots run deep with medical massage training starting in 1999. I had been studying & teaching Kung-Fu & Tai Chi for several years up to that point. A practice that nurtured curiosities concerning supporting fitness of the whole; body, mind, & spirit. I spent about 11 years practicing bodywork therapy, learning all I could about nutrition, aromatherapy, energy work, & other meditative practices; nursing seemed a logical next step in 2010.
