      Do not use Duane Smith for trust writing and estate management. My parents had a horrible experience with him changing their trust behind their backs and having them sign things they didn’t understand while both were recovering from strokes. 6 months later they recovered their mental faculties and took everything to a different attorney to get it stated correctly.

Our firm is community oriented, and we extend out support for civic and community projects throughout the State of Nebraska. While we provide legal services to the residents of Beatrice and communities throughout Nebraska, we also represent individuals and businesses from all over the United States. Responsiveness to clients’ needs is always given priority. Legal services are provided in a prompt and efficient manner, and each client is kept informed of the status of his or her case. Likewise, we work closely with the local counsel of our clients from all areas of the United States regarding matters that are referred to the firm.
