      Established in 1997, Heritage Manor South is senior care residential facility that supports various activities, such as buffet dining and gardening. It has a special room that is equipped with bedspreads, radios and plants for short-term Medicare residents. The facility also operates a supportive living facility with more than 25 apartments that works as an alternative to a nursing home for low-income seniors and combines apartment-style housing with personal care services. Heritage Manor South offers physical, occupational and speech therapy, diet and nutrition, maintenance, and housekeeping and laundry services. Heritage Manor is responsible for the social, spiritual and mental well-being of its residents. It also provides a variety of hospice and respite care services, as well as maintains a hair salon. It is a part of Heritage Enterprises and is located in Beardstown, Ill.
