I work at a local retailer and find myself going to different places to eat lunch and dinner. When the Bear Wild Wings opened up the service was great. After time the service started to slack off. Employee turn over, I'm sure plays a toll on that. After five times of bad service, I decided not to go there anymore. I also experienced the service at the Middletown Wild Wings as well. Service was not much better. My best friend and his wife insisted that we meet at the Bear Wild Wings one night after work. I was hesitant in going, but I met them there anyway. I got there before my friends. I decided to sit in a booth that had a server name Ally. I got there about 11:15pm on a friday night. I don't know what time she came in but the service was excellent. She took my order and when my friends got there she was back to take there order within minutes of there arrival. Our glasses were never empty and if they were close to getting empty she was asking if we wanted them filled. The food came quickly and the service was great. We were not the only table she served that night while we were there. They all received what I thought was the same service that we received. Yes, I decided to return and find out if this was just going to be a one time experience. Ally was again working that night and I decided to sit in her section. Once again the service was excellent. The customer service that she gives has brought me back to the Bear Buffalo Wild Wings. I have been back several times and the service she gave was just as good. Ally is an asset to Buffalo Wild Wings. I'm sure that there are other servers that are just as good working for Buffalo Wild Wings but I have not experienced them yet. When I go in the Bear Buffalo Wild Wings, I will be looking for Ally to be my server. Thanks for your time. Roger

Although there are all types of wings to enjoy must confess that Asian Zing are the best!!

My friends and I have been going there on a regular basis for about 2 years now. The service is up and down there. Sometimes they are really friendly and attentive, but other times we have waited over half an hour for our drinks. Same with their food, at times its some of the best wings I have ever had, and others its just a bore.
