Dr.brown is a very intelligent physician and i trust his opinion greatly but majority of his staff are rude about their staff duties and seem to not care about their patients. Same goes to the tso department for picking up contacts or glasses. Both departments need to cut the staff and rehire everyone!

OD Brown is a respectful and is very informative when it comes to eye issues. I would hope that he addresses his staff to do the same with his patients. According to insurance companies and doctors they charge for a fitting fee ( temp contacts) and give you a trial pair of contacts to wear out and look out for the best interest of the patient however this office claims never to have your prescription on hand and my daughter went 2 weeks with out be a able to see correctly. The same lady gave me a hard time about this. I do not recommend you to go to this OD if you don't have a spare eyeglasses or old contacts.

Dr Earl Brown is a very professional and kind person. His staff is very rude. Ms Katherine is a very rude disrespectful lady and has an issue with the phone accidently disconnecting when confronted with an issue

Dr. Earl Brown is really sweet..... however the girls who does the glasses are very rude
