I had my transmission fail in my 2008 dodge ram a 545RFE transmission. Called around and I could get a used one with high mileage for the cost of the rebuild from a transmission. Great job guys, its been two months and running strong...

I have sent several emails to A transmission. Some are returned as address box full, others as if i am writing to a door, I keep knocking but no one answers. There was no issues when it came time to take my money. My order was placed on October 15 2019. I would really like to be treated as a paying customer not like a unrespected bill collector. All I would like at the moment is the Transmission I paid for.

07/16/2019 ordered a transmission for a customer at Andy's Auto Repair in Huntingdon Tn . This unit was a pro bono for a disabled paraplegic Military vet . I bought it I paid for it and I installed it ...three of them ...two from these lying cons the third from another vendor it worked ...2 months now and still dont have a refund 1049.99 for the tramsmission and the cooler that I never got .
Apparently these people would rather lie than breath
I would not recommend them to my worst enemy as this is not the first time I have had trouble with them
But to make a disabled vet wait while you take 4 weeks to deliver the second junk transmission is just wrong

The most unprofessional, incompetent people. Ordered a rebuilt transmission & trans cooler at the end of May. They accepted the full payment right away but failed to provide any updates on the order. We had to call them daily to get info. For 2 weeks we asked when our order would ship & were told it would ship today but it did not. Was told the delay was due to not having the trans cooler we ordered. We finally got our order & it was just the trans and not the cooler they blamed the delay on and charged us for. The trans they sent us immediately failed. We shipped back and requested a replacement. Again zero status updates were given to us. We had to call daily We were constantly hung up, waited up to 20 minutes on hold, passed around to voicemails all without getting any info. Finally got a hold of their Sales Manager, Kevin, who informed us to ask for him & deal with him since the girls in the office donโ€™t know how to do their job (Kevinโ€™s words). He assured us our full order would be shipped the next day. It was not. When we called Kevin and left him multiple voicemails, he never called back. We called for WEEKS to find out when our order would ship. Everyday we were told it would ship that day & it never did. I was even given an old tracking number by thei Customer Service Manager. I called the shipping carrier & gave them the tracking #, they told me it was tied to an order from 2016. Then went back to A-Transmissions & were passed to a Production Manager who told us the delay was due to them not having the proper torque converter. He told us he would call us the moment our order shipped. He did not. Finally, we called to cancel (at this point it is mid-July) & were told it shipped & given working tracking info. The trans then arrived with no torque converted or trans cooler. We sent it back and asked for a refund. We never heard from A-Transmissions again. Fortunately we paid via PayPal and escalated the issue with them and got our money back

Absolutely the WORST COMPANY EVER!!!!๐Ÿ˜ ๐Ÿ˜ ๐Ÿ˜ 
My father in law ordered a transmission Jun 18 and had to call over and over for weeks to find out that it hadn't been shipped when they said, TWICE. They gave the run around for weeks and when my father in law wanted his money back, they said a couple days. He waited ans nothing. He called back and they said they issue refunds on the 1st and 15th of each month, LIES. ๐Ÿ˜ ๐Ÿ˜ ๐Ÿ˜  still no money.
He called again, and again and again.
Well thats a month ago and still today there's NO money back. 2 months and they are still dicking around. Its like dealing with children.

Its NOT worth their bullcrap, excuses and their lies. We are seriously considering a lawyer due the many many many issues and lack of funds or product. Its not like people have thousands of dollars just laying around for the hell of it. ๐Ÿ˜ ๐Ÿ˜ ๐Ÿ˜

Never had any problems,usually have what I need. It's a scrap yard, sometimes things don't work out,but for the most part they make it right. If you want new go buy new, simple as that ! Their entire staff has always been fair to me. Thanks GAA

Worst place ever.took over a month to get transmission. When received tcm was bad so company pulled transmission put new tcm in and programmed and started car and loud noise from torque converter also was bad.pulled trans out sent my orig trans and there trans they end up rebuilding mine and sending back to dealer without tourqe converter it took 2 weeks before them sending one to the dealer.they authorized both repairs which came to 2300 and they only gave me 1349 which was the price of the trans.also they lie big time.kevin told me several lies.trans in way and it never left.told me tcm has to be programmed but puts a used tcm in car that can't be programmed .then tiffany who told me they will cover cost of replacing trans got fired and several times I called they said she was out sick finally after 3 days they told me she was fired.do not trust this company.terrible don't know how they are still in business.

The salesman were outstanding; thereby, excepting calls after business hours in order to finalize the order, and extremely helpful after the transaction when I had problems (not with the transmission). Customer Service was extremely sweet and helpful with handling my problems and figuring out the needed information in a hurried fashion. 10/10 Will always do business with this company

Ripped me off terribly. I purchased a transmission from them. Charged me more than quoted on the phone, then gave me the wrong unit. After replacing seals and filter we go to install and... wrong tranny. Ok, take it back get the right one. Totally full of metal in the oil pan. Take it back get another. Totally smoked, black as sin fluid, smelled like transmission death. I had to then cut my losses and buy from another junk yard with a reputation. Finally, 5 months later with a good unit from oil city salvage, had my car back. Cost a lot to learn not to EVER GO TO Got All Auto parts.

Long story but it must be told. 8/12/2014
Ordered a reman transmission back in mid March. Paid $649 plus $100 freight and $300 to a transmission shop for professional installation and fluid. The transmission was bad, pump would not function properly, would not pull vehicle. The shop was granted permission by Jeff at Got All Auto Parts to pull the pan and inspect the filter. His findings was the transmission had not been rebuilt, no critical parts were new, still had the original twenty year old wiring harness , all the old switches and solenoids.
Contacted, A Transmission / Got All Auto, both companies are the same company, for information on how to return. The promised shipment the next day of replacement transmission. It took over a month for them to ship replacement. I called them many times and every time the told me it was shipping tomorrow, they lied. The replacement transmission did work fine but I had to put out another $300 for the transmission shop to remove and install the second one. I was also billed $127.00 for freight of the second transmission but Tammy assured me they would pay the bill but did not. Fed X turned it over to collection and was threatening to take me to court for the unpaid bill, probably taking 100 points off my credit score. Have been calling Jeff and Tammy since April trying to get a reimbursement for the second installation and now 8/12/2014 they are claiming it must have been the installer that caused the problem and refuse to refund anything (oldest scam in the books for auto parts). Bottom line, Transmission was a junk yard DOA, I paid freight after threatening letters from Fed X, and I paid for installation of the transmission twice. Never seen a more dishonest company in my life and Iโ€™m 65 years old. dj24smith@yahoo.com

Bought a transmission for my 57 chevy.... 700r4 it was super clean, and they explained how to do the Installation. I had a lot of questions. They were patient with me. Transmission was installed. I didn't know how to adjust it because it wouldn't shift to high gear. They put a technician on phone and he walked me through it. They were right. Thanks to everyone at got all auto who saved me money way over anyone else and to top it off a place I can trust

I dealt with Kevin, he was super nice and helpful. They gave me a great price on a rebuilt transmission, and everybody at the shop was friendly and helpful. I will definitely return and also recommend them to others.

I found this place on the internet and I'm extremely happy I had done so! Not only was my transmission rebuilt the very same day. But, I was given a 2 year, no questions asked warranty. Which was honored and given another rebuild for no charge. They even offer to pick up and drop off the transmission (Free of charge). Kevin and Jeff are great guy's with tons of experience! They're are very friendly, professional, technical and understanding. I will drive from Detroit to just look around. I won't go anywhere else. Got All Auto Parts, is true to its name. Happy I found this place! Below is a pic of the after product. Prior to the rebuild it had heavy oxidation and this is how it was returned.

They had my part when they said I would have it. I even asked for a special favor, for them to clip my Ford Taurus like an Impala, and they took they time to pry off an Impala emblem for me to glue to my Ford at no extra cost. My milkshake brings all the boys to the yard~!!!!

I wasted 6 weeks on a engine for nothing. May seem like a great price but you will just get the run around. This place can't tell the difference between a hole in the ground and their butt.

This place is a complete joke if you like getting jerked around this is your place to go.

If I could leave no stars I would. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!! I purchased a transmission for nearly $1000 there was a slight delay on shipping due to weather (that was ok) but when it got here it was missing the torque converter. They said no problem purchase one from O'Reillys (almost $200) and they will reimburse me. So far 1 1/2 months later it seams like a lie. I have called almost every working day for over a month they say they will call back the person I need to talk to is busy (thy never call back) when I do and actually talk to some one they say it can take a week to process it hen it will be mailed certified mail. It has still not come when I call back they give me a different date each time. bad customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
