I was completely satisfied, don't understand the negative reviews I will be back again. By the way people a few hairs from another dog are not going to kill you, if you are looking for high end pay the price. Don't cut this mans business down for doing a job at reasonable price

We have tried several local groomers for our golden doodle and this place is the best! The staff is very friendly. When our dog is done he smells clean and his hair is cut exactly like we ask. They also are the most reasonably priced place we have tried.

My friend takes her Westies here and they need high grooming. They always look great. She also takes rescue dogs here and the staff are wonderful with them. I take my two large mix breeds here. One needs a cut, the other just basic bath. The groomers do excellent work. One of my dogs is elderly, deaf, and nearly blind. They are patient and kind to him. The place faces Midland with big open windows. I walk by all the time and can see them at work. These are skilled professionals who are friendly and will do exactly what you ask. Very affordable too. I've been to other groomers. This is the place if recommend.

What they did to my puppy was so cruel! They cut the pads of her paws where great chunks are blood red. OMG Never again. If you care one bit for your pet, do NOT take them to these awful people.

VERY disappointed in this place. It was my first and last time there. My dog was put into a dirty crate the moment he came in (urine from another dog) and the leash was dropped in there as well. When I came to pick him up, there was yellow dog hair flying everywhere as the grooming is done next to the door. My black lab was underneath the dog being groomed and was also covered in yellow hair. The gentleman that took my dog seemed very nice but this place needs to be overhauled. I don't expect my dog to be covered in another dog's hair when I pick him up.

5 star rating in my book. my little pommie-poo hates her feet touched ..and wow i dont know how they did it but her little feet were detailed out and she looks amazing !

We love the Doggie Groom Shoppe! We have been taking our dog Fozzy their for 8 years now and Fozzy loves to see Chris and all the staff their you know they are good people when your dog loves them and they love your dog!
