4 is darn good for a public funded clinic serving the underserved. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the doctors seem decent, but like most understaff and underpaid facilities, things seem to fall through the cracks - call backs don't happen, referrals require repeat requests and reminders, and aggressive, comprehensive treament plans require fighting for. None the less, if you help these people help you, they are well meaning, kind of spirit, and moderately warm of heart.
