This is disheartening. We ate at Dairy Queen yesterday and it was not good! I've always loved the menu, food etc. at DQ."s., but not in Battle Ground! The counter person didn't know how to change an order, he handed us our cups by putting his fingers inside and outside of the cup, We were the only customers ordering at the time and when we got our food the fries were cold and had to be sent back, there was so much mustard on my burger I had to wipe it off, the lettuce was wilted and the lobby and dining area were dirty, with the garbage can nearly overflowing. A couple of the crew finally came out and wiped a couple of tables down and then went back to gossiping behind the counter. Meanwhile the floors had debris and dirty napkins on them and the place was a general mess! Nothing has changed from the disaster that it was when it was A&W and KFC. Just don't go there! It's icky. Every car that went through the drive thru had to pull up and wait for their food while we were there. Horrible service , etc.!

Not a good Dairy Queen at all. I have given them many chances to do things right and not rip me off but time and time again they don't. I have eaten at Dairy Queen's all my life and never encountered this. Which sucks since they are in my home town.. I have repeatedly ordered a large dipped cone and received a small dipped cone and when I bring it to there attention they say no it is a large.. I have been buying them for years and know the right size, Also I always get a blizzard. But it is always a cup of vanilla ice cream with a sprinkle of the toppings, not what a blizzard should be.. I will drive to the Dairy Queen on Main St where it is done right. Not going to give them anymore of my business here in Battle Ground. DQ on Main st in Vancouver is worth the drive to not get ripped off!!!!!
