My package has been at this center in Battle Creek since 2am 3/17 and still isn't set for delivery. Called customer service 800# and they are no help just excuses and rude. Sure cant be the weather so why is it sitting 5 days and not moving? Only reason I selected 1 star is because you cant put a negative in there.

Very frustrated that no one can give me a window of time for delivery. With today's technology this should NOT be an issue!

Phone system a joke, says high call volume and hangs up on you! Ridiculous customer service. Got into argument with driver because they wouldn't go down my freshly plowed driveway and they said I had to pick up at Distribution Center; OK whatever. 3 days now they continue to place on truck and say "conditions beyond drivers control" I drive a little ford car; seriously. I've had semi trucks down here 3 times this week already. lazy people with terrible customer service and bad attitudes.

Agree...No telephone number for them. Their driver is behind on their own projected delivery time. I'm taking time off of work and cannot stay indefinitely to wait for them. I have no way of contacting the service center to actually check on the status.

This customer center is the worst. There is no published way to phone the supposed customer center find out their hours of operation . All of the info concerns tracking numbers etc.. If one doesn't have this information THEY ARE USELESS1111 i CANNOT SELECT AHE APPROPRIATE RATING OF ZERO SO I PICKED ONE!!!!!
