Hi I adopted (Fancy) now Her name is Maggie she is 10months old.she is very Lovable and gets along with my two Dobermans and chihuahua. The cats aren't use to her puppy energy just yet lol.in time.she wants me to hold her so we cuddle on the blankets on their dog beds.everyone was so nice and friendly you felt comfortable, the shelter was very clean. We just adopted a dog today. The staff was very friendly and helped me adopt even though adoption hours were almost over. There are so many beautiful dogs that need good forever homes, and lots of adorable kittens and cats. I do recommend adopting from the Union Street location in Battle Creek, they are a good shelter with lots of little lives hoping for a happy home. So go adopt today. Best wishes.

My Dog Nunnie has been missing since Nov. 17th and I have been to this shelter every day since. I could not be happier with the help of the staff there! I think they are very caring and awesome so I guess I have to totally disagree with your negative comment!

I would have to say the people were not that nice and well the place was not CLEAN at all. those poor animals. The rates were crazy no wonder thay have so many animals. JUST OVER ALL NOT HAPPY
