      Ninfa s Mexican Restaurant is a full-service Mexican restaurant that offers an array of Mexican dishes, including enchiladas, tacos, carnitas, chile relleno, carne asada, fajitas, shrimp, fish, burritos, chalupas, rice and beans. The restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. Ninfa s also has party rooms and catering services available. Maria Ninfa Rodriquez Laurenzo started the restaurant in 1973. The restaurant has been certified by numerous publications and has received national recognition as the place where fajitas were first served to the general public. Ninfa s is also recognized for creating avocado and tomatillo green sauce. The restaurant has locations throughout Texas, including Austin, Beaumont, Clear Lake, Champions and Missouri City.
