Should be more reviews on these guys because they are really good. They are really busy so expect a few days before they get to it but well worth the wait. They know what they are doing and do it right. Don't waste your time with others in this city. Tims is the only place I will even think about bringing my computer again. They rock !!!

Due to some wifi problems I've been having, today I dropped by an electronic box store near me. After discussing the problem with several employees the consensus was my problem could be solved for about $350.00. Somewhat frustrated and disappointed I told them I needed to talk to my wife about it. As I got to my car I remembered about a year ago a friend told me about Tim's Computers. I called them right there in the box store parking lot and the employee explained how to solve my problem without spending a dime (He told me to call back if I needed to). I followed his advice and problem solved! The Irony is my wife now needs a laptop...I hope they can help.

IF you want to find honest, quick, painless computer repair...this is your best bet in Baton Rouge. I have a Toshiba laptop with a hard drive failure. I called several places including Best Buy (where I purchased it), Computer Heaven, several others and the lowest quote was upward of $250! Tim's repaired it, cleaned unwanted software, added a malware program and returned it to me with a smile for $160! Plus I was told they make housecalls. Tell your friends and family about this place.
