General Info

Porsche Uche, NP, is from Baton Rouge, Louisiana. She received her bachelor of science degree as a registered nurse from Southern University in Baton Rouge with honors in 2015. Her first position as a nurse was in the emergency/trauma center of Our Lady of the Lake. Afterwards, Porsche gained experience in the intensive care unit. In these positions, many consider her a mentor and leader, and she is proud to have been a preceptor to many nurses. Her passion for nursing and urge to keep learning led her to pursue her lifelong goal of becoming a nurse practitioner. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Porsche was nearing the completion of her graduate studies. Working as a full-time charge nurse, she witnessed so many lives change rapidly.
