- Dental ExaminationIt is important to receive a thorough oral examination and panoramic x-ray as a young adult to evaluate the position of the wisdom teeth before they become a painful emergency. Some people do not ever develop wisdom teeth, while others do not experience any problems once their wisdom teeth come in. If you do not choose wisdom teeth removal, you should still have them monitored regularly. Over time, our mouths change and wisdom teeth can cause problems with decay, infection, and pain later in your life.
- CrownsDental implants are made of three parts. A decay resistant titanium post is surgically placed in the jaw bone. Over the next three to six months, the post will fuse to the jaw bone in a process called osseointegration. The jaw bone is stabilized and preserved as the dental implant post acts like the root of a natural tooth. The abutment, or connector, piece is then attached to the post to sit atop the gum line. The third and final piece is the crown, which is secured over the abutment. This crown will look and function like a natural tooth.
- BridgesWhether you have only a few natural teeth left, severe jawbone loss, or are already in dentures, our full mouth rehabilitation solution can restore your smile in just one day. So transformative, many of our patients notice how their smile has affected their diet, their facial structure, their confidence, and their overall quality of life! Instead of securing your teeth using adhesives and pastes, as with traditional dentures, our full mouth fixed bridges use dental implants as the foundation to ensure reliability and stability in the long term. Placing four or more dental implants strategically into the jawbone, we’re able to attach a prosthesis of new, functional, and beautiful teeth to your implants in the very same appointment!
- DenturesDr. Casadaban has a special interest in dental implants, including bone grafting procedures, complex CT scan planning, and peri-implant soft tissue augmentation. Such procedures include “dentures to implants and teeth in one day”. This is when a patient comes into the office having dentures that aren’t comfortable to wear. And in certain cases, these patients can have permanent teeth with implants in one day.

- Tooth ExtractionsEvery patient and implant treatment is unique which means every treatment plan comes at a different price. During your consultation we’ll take into consideration the number of teeth that you need replaced, if we will need to perform a bone graft or sinus lift prior to surgery, if tooth extractions are necessary, and if any infection is present. Each of these procedures factor into your final dental implant cost. We encourage you to schedule a consultation with our team to receive a thorough assessment. We’ll evaluate your situation, assess your needs, and create an ideal treatment plan for you. We’ll also work with you to ensure your insurance is filed correctly and even provide third-party financing for low monthly payments.
