We are very pleased with this gym. The dedication, knowledge, experience, and patience of the coaches is awesome! Kristen is friendly, an AWESOME coach, and a competitive judge, What more can we ask? She has been with our gym for years. Nicki is a friendly lady that has REALLY helped our girls improve their floor skills. She has been with our gym for a couple years. Megan trained at our gym and helps the girls with floor. Erica is fairly new to our gym. Don't know her well; but she sure seems to be fitting in with our gym's family atmosphere just fine. Our gym has an annual swimming party with the gym providing hot dogs, hamburgers, all the fixings, and APPRECIATION. Parents are asked to bring desserts. At this party, the gym awards beautiful, LARGE trophies for the girls who stood out during competition. We also have an annual potluck, Christmas dinner. The girls draw names and bring a present to place under our tree. A slumber party follows. Our gym is a Christian, family atmosphere.

My four year old daughter attended this gym. The tuition is fair and the teachers extremely patient with the children this age. The activities were developmentally appropriate yet challenging for young children. However, the major problems I saw were that the entire gym always smelled like cigarette smoke and the class size grew to 14! When we first started the classes, there were only seven children in the class, which means my daughter was kept busy and moving. However, when the class size increased, each child was not given the proper attention for the time and money. The children had to stand in line and wait for quite awhile to use the equipment. We left the gym when she lost interest due to the constant standing in line and waiting and I felt that since she was not kept moving that this was not proper use of my money.
Except for the Tiger Paw Classic in Clemson, SC. This one was by far the best! The host team was great! They has a Mardi Gras theme, so the girls got the most incredible goodie bags. Believe me, rewards are important to the gymnast! They practice 5 days a week, 3 to 4 hrs a day. That is on top of school (which comes first!). The gym provided a feast after the meet, with authentic New Orleans food. The next day they took us into New Orleans for the 3 biggest Mardi Gras parades, paid for the parking and had tailgating food all day! Even made arrangements so we could use a restaurant's restroom, not the portajohns! The girls and us moms had the time of our lives!!! What I'm trying to say, the meet was great! The medals were specialized, the judging was as fair and unfair as it is in any meet (us parents never know what they see , we only see our perfect child!) HA HA! However, Richard and especially Margie Diaz went far above and beyond the call of duty , and it worked! It was AWSOME
