Gulf Coast Office Products was started in New Orleans, Louisiana in 1977 by Bob Walsh and Bill Kenny. Through hard work and dedication to our customers we have built Gulf Coast into the largest, locally owned copier distributor in the State of Louisiana. We have offices in New Orleans, Baton Rouge, and on the Northshore, providing an area of coverage equaled by no other company. Because of our dedication & support we have experienced a 350% growth in the last 6 years. We are able to offer the very latest technology coupled with extremely personalized service and hands on attention. We believe that being in front of our customers on a daily basis makes a big impact in the field. In short we are large enough to handle any job, but small enough to truly care about our customers.

HORRIBLE. Dishonest. BEWARE. Service men are friendly.....they have to be since they come to you SO OFTEN to repair the machines over and over and over. But, the salesperson...once they get your check it is sayonara baby....you cannot get them on the phone, you cannot get them to return a call. Do yourself a favor and buy from someone else.
We bought a copier that needs a repair at least weekly (we did not know this prior to buying an expensive machine). When told that it is repaired, the next repair person says that the previous repair man did not do his job correctly. This is a repetitive cycle and nothing ever gets fixed, nor does it seem like they even are concerned with getting it fixed.
