I have used these guys for over 20 years. Most people on write negative reviews. I was compelled to tell my positive experience. I noticed the house was 91 degrees when I came home from work.Panicking I called Kerry. He said Lynn would stop by on his way home. The outside fan motor burned up. Lynn stayed there until 8:45 at night replacing the motor !! They are my hero's !!! Thanks guys. I highly recommend.

My daughter put a ball in the lamp next to the bulb . The A/C vent was circulating the burnt rubber smell all throughout the house. I called them in a panic thinking the air conditioner unit in the attic was on fire. After they completely disassembled and took apart every electrical piece in the attic they couldn't find anything wrong !!! After about 1.5 hrs they found the ball. They had a good laugh , an I was very embarrassed. They only charged me for a trip charge. I highly recommend. They really care. They would not leave until they found the problem.

Very knowledgeable service tech.. He turned the thermostat on and new immediately the blower motor on the attic unit was out. He changed a small part and had me up an running in a flash. Charges were very reasonable. I will use them again.
