My 2 bedroom apartment is AMAZING!!!!!! Everything is just as it appears online!!!!! The driveways are a complete disaster due to the pot holes; it does not take away from how beautiful the apartments are. This is my dream apartment and the staff is awesome!!!!!! If anyone says they are rude; its probably because they haven't paid their rent or they are getting evicted!!!!! The office staff is so nice and extremely helpful!!!! Their service has been 100%!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sooooooo I just got keys to my first apartment!!! My very own 1 bedroom. My apartment looks just like the photos. When I first came to tour; they showed me the exact apartment that I would be getting. Yes, there are potholes in the driveways. Yes, there is a $200 late fee on the 3rd. But if I pay my rent on time I don't get the late fee. I love my neighbors!!! I love the pool!!! The office staff is awesome and they are very attentive. I have brand new kitchen appliance; brand new bathrooms, and wood type flooring!!! For $665 this is a steal!!!! I LOVE BELLA OF BATON ROUGE!!!!!

from first glance everything seems nice.one the walls are paper thin.sound travels you don't even half to be loud.the updated work is poorly done.the apartments are over priced.there are holes everywhere that should have been coverd.they are not for anyone who has small children or disabled children.the mangement seems nice at first but it's only a front..

Like everyone else said I wouldn't give them a half of a star. I'm only giving a star because the site requires me to!! They are rude and over priced $200 late fee after the 2nd of the month. Not only that but they don't even give you 5 days to pay rent. They never clean up. The apartments aren't clean AT ALL! Holes everywhere! Some of my neighbors had poop coming out of their tub. It's horrible. The staff is VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

I wouldn't even give them half a star ! Management is rude and unprofessional. Repairs are not fixed in a timely fashion unless you personally flag the maintenance man down. Rent varies it seems everyone pays something different! Construction is never ending and the promised amenities aren't being done.

The complex doesn't deserve one star but I had to give a rating. I've been here a year and I have hated every moment of living in this apartment. I've seen every insect imaginable in my home and Friday a large furry visitor was in my bathroom waiting for me. Called maitenance and he told me if it's not a flood or a fire they're not coming. Wow. I'm terrified of those things. I couldn't go back into my home for about 2 days but went back in b/c I have no where else to go. I cleaned my apartment thoroughly but I'm still scared. Don't live here!! If you have a choice, choose better. I have a daughter that I have to have live with her father b/c of my air just going out. That's it. Just gone. And it's going on 3 weeks and they still haven't fixed it!

they do not fix or clean apts. very neglectful, sewer waste in ditch, broken appliances, management that does not care or help.
