For over 40 years, Bartow Center, a not-for-profit organization, has been serving the Polk County area. The center provides post-acute/rehabilitative services, skilled nursing, short and long-term care. In addition, it offers services, such as social, activities, nutritional, housekeeping and laundry. Located in Bartow, Fla., Bartow Center also provides complete therapy programs, including physical, occupational as well as speech. The centers post-acute services include surgical procedures or medical events, such as joint replacements, strokes, cardiac occurrence, surgical procedures and injuries, among others.
