Provided by YP.comI am disgusted with the way my son was treated. My son went down and purchased four new tires and was told the tires would have to be ordered. When he arrives he is told that only one tire has arrived, since his old tire had a bad leak he agreed to have one tire put on to replace the bad tire. Then he was told that the other tire wont arrive until the following Thursday.WHAT? So of course he thought the guy was joking. He shows up today and there are no tires delivered for his car.WHAT? No phone call to say that the tires would not be delivered.Where is the customer service? Did they honestly think my son was going to show up every Thursday for one tire at a time? My son asked for his money back and was charged 96.00 for one tire. They charged him for the air they put in the only tire they put on the car now we have to look for a deal on three tires, because the guys working here at the banning location can not do their job correctly...unless their job is ripping off young people.

Provided by YP.combad idea purchasing goodyear tires. They certainly don't back up the promises of the warrantly. Previously purchased 4 eagles with 50,000 mile warrantly. Interestingly at 27,000 miles on them, in a 2 week span 1 grew a bubble, ready to crack, size of a 1/2 dollar. 11 days later 3/4 of the outer edge split. I believe them to be factory defected & was concerned the other 2 would blow out within the month. I was told both were "road hazards" which they "sell" coverage for an additional charge.
I was told that I had ran into something to cause the bubble on the outside-couldn't of driven sideways so wouldn't it cause damage more than just a bubble?
2nd tire total sidewall blowout- I was told it was because extreme lack of air. (not possible)
I was also told that the tires looked extremely "dry". Also not true.
I brought in every receipt of tires being rotated (& as scheduled), the tire receipt & warranty & proof of mileage to the tires.
Biggest tire ripoff in the 37 years I have been driving. To boot, the tires were nowhere in the bargain pricerange

Provided by YP.comBe aware, They will ask you to provide your information to put it in the database, they will ask you about your social security (I asked why and they said that its just to track my info), when I came back to pick up the car, they used my information to open a credit card by Goodyear without my permission, I freaked out. I reported them. They are not professional and they take so long to finish any job, I came to their store while it was empty and they toke 3+ hours of lazy work to finish oil change and balance.
If the same problem happened to you (Misuse of your info at any shape) with any of the certified tire or Goodyear locations, please e-mail me at ptbm1@yahoo.com.

Provided by YP.comGOOD JOB RON. KEEP UP THE FRIENDLY RELATION WITH ALL THE CUSTOMERS. YOU HELPED ME A LOT. I WILL BRING YOU MORE BUSINESS. THANKS - AVI.
My car was leaking radiator fluid and they diagnosed a leaking weater pump. Once they have replaced the water pump and many $$$ later the car was still leaking radiator fluid at the same spot. This time they claimed it is the o-ring underneath the water pump inside the timing chain cover and wanted an additional $500 to fix it. I wondered what the chances are that two things break at the same spot at the same time and told them that I feel the water pump wasn't broken in the first place and it was the o-ring all along. They insisted to both was broken and wouldn't make any concessions on the labor they charged. I took my business to another shop which charged a little more than half of what they charged for the same job.
