- Land Use and ZoningMichael Hodgins is based in the firm’s Bangor office, joining the firm in 2019, serving as Senior Counsel since that time. Mike’s practice includes representing clients in civil litigation matters, with a focus on construction and other commercial litigation in state and federal courts and other dispute resolution, and he serves as a mediator in these areas. His work in the construction industry includes review and negotiation of construction and supply contracts. In addition to being recognized for his work in commercial litigation, Mike has been recognized for his work in land use and zoning and related litigation work. Mr. Hodgins is a graduate of Dartmouth College and the University of Maine School of Law. A resident of Pittsfield, he served eight years over two terms as President of the Maine Central Institute Board of Trustees, and is a past President of the Sebasticook Valley Hospital Board of Trustees.
