Wine Market is a cool, airy space on Fort Avenue, a stones throw away from Federal Hill, with PARKING, ya'll. Federal Hill parking is notoriously horrible, so Wine Market immediately has something going for it. Wine Market also has a lovely (though cramped) wine shop attached and for a small corkage fee you can purchase any wine from the shop and enjoy with your meal. It's an eclectic menu, of the new american variety, and it changes pretty frequently. I've never had a bad meal or bad service at Wine Market, but I've also never, ever been wowed. Food is well executed but pedestrian. I prefer Wine Market for a a flight of wines and their cheese plate. Now that's a meal that makes me happy!!!
